Who you are: You're tech savvy meets networking wiz kind of experience will help you source, interview and hire the technical heavy hitters. You?ll serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates, and your own passion and creativity will ignite them to want to drink that orange Spiceworks kool-aid as well!
Responsibilities: What will I do?
Identify, source, and screen candidates for a variety of technical positions
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers
Ensure a top-notch candidate experience by moving candidates through the recruiting process, driving hiring managers to a decision, and negotiating offers
Contribute to the development of a rockin? recruiting methodology to hire industry veterans, graduate students and college candidates
Update, input and maintain accurate documentation, tracking and status of candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Conduct various research projects and prepare recruiting reports as needed
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
3+ years of internal technical recruiting experience in a start-up environment
Demonstrated skills in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiating, and relationship management
Experience recruiting various types of Software Developers
Strong knowledge of online recruiting techniques, social networking, and other sourcing tools
Previous experience building successful working relationships with numerous hiring managers and functioning a business partner to facilitate hiring needs
Ability to quickly assimilate technical information in order to build accurate job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies for targeting ideal candidates
Results-focused, team-oriented and a nerves of steel work ethic
Ability to zig and zag to meet the demands of Spiceworks growth plans
Superior oral and written communication skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
