This position will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for a high volume of technical requisitions in a fast collaboration environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and implement effective sourcing strategies to develop recruiting pipeline
Utilize ?outside the box? recruiting techniques to source candidates through the use of the internet, social media and other on-line resources
Identify qualified applicants, conduct screening interviews, coordinate onsite interviews, negotiate compensation, and close candidate
Leverage internal resources to develop and close candidates
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
Develop and expand knowledge of the marketplace, competitors and top talent
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced organization, with a focus on Engineering, Information Technology and Product Development/Management
Strong sales/consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Experience in sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates, plus a knack to attract and develop leads
Knowledge of effective use of search engines, job sites, social networks, and other search tools
Proven ability to develop and close qualified candidates
Track record of delivering results on hiring goals and expectations
