This Technical Recruiter will work with their peer recruiters to drive strategies for candidate attraction and closing. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers. The role will specialize on our technical positions (front and back end developers, QA Test Engineers, etc.) and will require an individual with proven success in Technical Recruiting at a web company.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage, prioritize and close technical searches against a timeline
- Candidate pipeline development and relationship building
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Build and utilize a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Ability to recruit passive candidates
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within the online industry
- Preferably most of recruiting experience is technical (familiarity with .NET and PHP a huge plus)
- Ability to multi task and manage several searches at one time
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of recruitment tools (Jobvite a plus)
