Position Summary:
MarkMonitor has a need for a full-cycle technical recruiter to support technical and non-technical hiring in North America and Europe. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role will partner directly with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to identify and land exceptional talent. Experience sourcing for software developers and other technical roles is critical.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume full cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions for a distributed workforce, ensuring a positive candidate experience and attracting top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and long term goals (Candidate pipeline development and management on key roles)
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and candidates
Proactively source candidates through various channels (not leveraging agencies), driving recruiting campaigns and utilizing social media and networking
Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Oversee scheduling and logistics of all interviews and candidate tracking
Drive offer process- reference checking, extending offers, & closing candidates
Develop recruiting processes, manager training, and cost effective systems (budget adherence)
Maintain accurate data reports and performance metrics
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication, follow-through and interpersonal skills.
Strong research/ sourcing background of technical positions (software/SAAS)
4 to 5 years? experience recruiting for all levels of an organization, for both technical and non-technical positions.
Ability to successfully manage high volume recruiting
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible in a fast paced/results environment
Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects
Successful track record of meeting/exceeding hiring metrics
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
Demonstrated propensity to take initiative
Skilled in negotiation, judgment and decision-making
Strong follow through and customer service orientation
Proficiency in social media recruiting
Experience working in a similar industry is preferred
Must be able to work on-site
Driven, go-getter, results oriented
Good sense of humor!
