We're growing like crazy and need your help! Due to our continued growth, we're seeking to add an additional experienced Technical Recruiter to our in house recruiting team. This person will be responsible for managing the hiring process for experienced technology positions. Detailed responsibilities will include working with technology managers to identify position requirements, identifying qualified candidates, conducting candidate screens and interviews, scheduling and coordinating onsite interviews, and presenting and negotiating employment offers.
Work closely with tech management to determine hiring needs.
Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications.
Source, screen, and interview applicants and maintain candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System.
Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
Apply thorough knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly.
Network within the technology sector to develop candidate flow.
Other duties as assigned to support the Human Resources Operations team.
2-5 years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle recruiting environment - Bachelor's degree required.
The ideal candidate comes from a corporate recruiting position with a fast growth company and/or has an agency background primarily in permanent placements.
Candidates that have experience recruiting for IT Operations and Infrastructure related roles in the commercial sector will be given preference.
Candidates should be knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques, familiar with working with resume management database systems, and skilled at conducting in-depth technical screens.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required.
The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the technology team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the following is helpful: IT infrastructure, hardware, software, programming languages, database technologies, the software industry, SaaS organizations.
