Technical Recruiter in a fast paced Software Development company that just completed a $42 million raise and will be hiring for many months to come.
Responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions and set recruiting strategies.
Develop sourcing strategies resulting in pipelines that meet aggressive hiring goals.
Engage applicants from screening process through offer negotiation.
Establish relationships with client groups to understand their business objectives and challenges and use that information to attract quality candidates
Source and screen candidates using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing
Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires.
Requirements
Smart, passionate and driven
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
3+ years of sourcing and recruiting top technical talent.
A proven record of employing creative sourcing strategies.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
