About the role
We?re looking for a hunter, not a gatherer. You know where to look for passive candidates and know how to build relationships to attract a pipeline of candidates for future roles.
Manage the recruitment process, from utilizing our ATS for sourcing candidates to scheduling on-site interviews with hiring managers.
Working with the hiring manager, you?ll draft and post new job postings.
You?ll be a brand ambassador for Blue Apron! You?ll ensure that every candidate has a great understanding of who we are and what we do.
You?ll ensure that every candidate has a positive and engaging interview experience. Because of your ability to build positive relationships with candidates, even the candidates we decide not to move forward with will respect our decision and leave having a greater passion for Blue Apron.
You?ll bring to the team
4+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in a high growth start-up environment
You?re knowledgeable in technical lingo (and you don?t shy away from learning our technical jargon)
Out of this world written and verbal communication skills
You?ll bring a successful track record of attracting top talent for a variety of technical roles
