As Nitro's Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering technical roles using traditional sourcing strategies as well as new and creative recruiting tactics. We're looking for that special someone to play a crucial role in ensuring we continue to hire technical rock stars with the strongest possible skillset, and the DNA to match Nitro's culture. You?ll be searching nationally, and internationally, to find the best talent the world has to offer.
About you: You have at least 10 years of experience building strong technical teams and a strong knowledge of full lifecycle technical recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. You have experience working in a Bay Area startup and a fun personality with a demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level executives. You?re able to manage competing demands, accept and work with constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. You have excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and solid judgment. You?re creative. You didn?t become successful in the hottest talent market on earth by relying on LinkedIn and a cell phone.
