As a Technical Recruiting Coordinator at Yelp, you will provide administrative support to the recruiting team in San Francisco. In this primarily administrative support role you will interact with recruiters, hiring managers, engineers and candidates.
Support the technical recruiting team headquartered in San Francisco.
Distribute employment-related correspondence; e.g., interview packets, resumes, and cover letters.
Schedule and confirm candidate interviews, and also coordinate candidate accommodation.
Collect, organize and email/fax new hire paperwork.
Put together job fair materials, ship materials to various school sites, and distribute job fair material packets to appropriate team members.
Book travel, accommodations and make arrangements as needed for team members.
Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, as well as manage time efficiently.
