Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is responsible for amplifying the voices of the customer and of the market for the entire company and growing the Freescale brand. Additionally, we are tasked with defining market requirements, customer account plans, distribution channel management and driving revenue growth. We communicate the value of Freescale to our customers and prospects. We collaborate closely with all Freescale organizations to develop and deliver cutting-edge technologies, products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
--Must be located near the Seattle or Portland areas - will be working remotely from house and car to visit client sites.
Contribute to Freescale market share and revenue growth in the Washington and Oregon markets
Support and manage franchised distribution partners to drive demand creation and new account development
Identify and win key growth accounts/opportunities for Freescale solutions
Articulate Freescale's solutions and value proposition that meet customer's needs
Effectively sell Freescale's entire product line
Effectively articulate internally and externally problems customer(s) is trying to solve
Requires significant day travel with limited overnight stays
Manage effective interaction with Freescale?s distributor partners
Support, train, and collaborate with Freescale?s distributor partners to enable growth in the Washington and Oregon markets
Effectively support the proliferation of Freescale?s entire products and services
Manage the required communication levels internally and externally to drive best of class customer and distributor support
BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Personal drive to grow focused strategic accounts
Excellent personal skills that will create, develop and foster relationships at focused accounts and with distributor partners
Superb people skills that can drive constructive and collaborative relationships at distributor partners and assigned accounts
High level of personal drive to be successful
High capacity to effectively handle multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity
