Location: Several positions in Western Europe (France, Netherlands, UK, etc) and Middle-East.
Acquiring and nurturing a solid and in-depth understanding of Tango Networks? solutions, as well as our strategic partners? technologies
Driving the technical side of pre-sales engagements including:
Development and delivery of Tango Networks technical presentations o Requirements gathering
Validation of the architecture, use cases, dimensioning
Definition of comprehensive end-to-end solutions for the customers o Response to the technical parts of RFPs
Trials/POC scoping and supervision of the delivery
Supporting the sales engagement until the deal is won and supporting the deployment team until customer acceptance is reached
Evangelizing partners and resellers
Establishing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with customers and partners.
Success metrics: New customer wins, revenues and customer satisfaction.
Several years experience in a pre-sales role with a software vendor selling into Service Providers
Knowledge and experience with all or several of those technologies: mobile core network, HLR, HSS, CSCF, MSC, SS7, SIP, IMS, VoLTE, PBX, IPPBX, IP Centrex, Unified Communications, Cisco HCS, MicroSoft Lync, SMSC, IP Networking
Ability to understand complex technical and selling situations
Ability to effectively share technical knowledge and to maintain open communications
Excellent in English communication, presentation and listening
Dedicated to customer success
Positive attitude, problem solving, excellent follow-through
Enjoy fast moving technical environments, teamwork and challenges. Experience in a fast growingtechnology company would be a plus
Accept frequent travelling, sometimes with short notice.
