Technical/Sales Specialist-Complex Spine (West) K2M
Technical/Sales specialist will be focused on complex spine and scoliosis procedures, extensive product knowledge and clinical expertise with all K2M products in this position.
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Works with AVP-Sales and RSD-Sales to develop market analyses, customer needs, and HCIR training needs.
Collaborate with Field Sales Personnel (AVP, RSD, HCIR) to assist with targeting and closure of key Complex Spine Accounts and Opinion Leaders.
Target, train & close spine surgeons who practice in deformity and complex reconstructive spinal procedures.
Develop & train sales agency associates & principals in education, preparation, and implementation of deformity & complex spinal procedures.
Assist in the training of key hospital staff on the use of K2M products in deformity & complex spinal procedures.
Work with medical education department to determine needs and develop curriculum for Complex Spine Training events and opportunities.
Develop key relationships with Deformity Silo members and BSA located in the designated area.
Participate in Product Development input and output meetings to assist in development of scope and direction of projects for Complex Spine needs.
Field POC with surgeon designers and K2M Advanced Development Team.
Support ?instrument specials? activity (design input and clinical/technical needs).
Attend and assist with Industry & professional society meetings.
Provide Monthly Flash Reports to VP Complex Spine to review key account activity and progress.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent; and four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
