Technical Service Representative, Midwest Region CiDRA
Position Summary:
The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for the support and service of CiDRA Chemical Management?s customers in the Food & Beverage and Ethanol Markets. Services include start- up commissioning, coverage and management of chemical trials, preventative maintenance, repair services, testing, basic operational training for customers, and similar field tasks.
Territory:
Primary focus is the Chemical Process within the Food & Beverage and Ethanol Markets
Primary customer locations in the Midwest Region
In addition: travel throughout the US will be required at times to provide Technical support for other Team opportunities
Education/Experience:
Vocational, Technical Degree or Trade certification required
2-5 years related Industrial Chemical Management/Food &Beverage process experience
Ability to interact with customer personnel, good communication skills, verbal and written
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and computer skills required
Minimum of two years of repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience
Must have and maintain a valid drivers license

Supporting Sales Team efforts
Servicing our Customer?s Chemical Programs
Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation skills
Communicating with Customers and Sales Teams routinely
Available to be on call 24/7 to address customer problems
Ability to install and maintain CiDRA Equipment
Ability to install and maintain chemical metering equipment
Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Experience with Inventory Tracking
