Qvidian is looking for a Technical Services Engineer to add to their team. Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, the individual will have responsibility of working with customers in potentially any part of the sales cycle, so the ability to assess customer business problems and goals is critical. This position requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated person with experience in working with customers varying from the very technical to the business user.

Responsibilities:
Provide Pre-Sales and Implementation for the hosted platform solutions.
Serve as a solution architect in the area of product integration involving our products and any other system or process that customers may like to build a solution around.
Provide advanced technical support for issues involving the network and Microsoft technologies.
Provide technical leadership to the support team and mentor growth of knowledge in those areas.
Serve as implementation lead/ project manager for customer implementations including Single Sign-On, Salesforce and Web Services.
Qualifications:
4 year college degree ? preferably in a technical discipline such as Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
3-5 years? experience working in a services or support role interfacing with customers.
Individual must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet schedule deadlines, in a dynamic environment.
The ability to be able to speak with technical as well as business folks with the organization is also important.
Written and verbal communication skills are a top priority. Individual should demonstrate solid analytical skills.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Client-Server architecture
Strong understanding of client operating systems (Microsoft, Apple, etc.) and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with network infrastructure and common corporate network layout
Enjoys staying current on emerging technologies and implementation/integration
Adaptive, thrives in/energized by a demanding, dynamic, work environment
Understanding of basic Product Development life cycle processes
Previous reporting experience leveraging data from Microsoft SQL or other database
