The Technical Solutions advisors will manage and up-sell existing customers on our suite of hosted voice, data, and IT services.
Will be accountable for revenue growth, renewals, and customer satisfaction for a group of accounts within a geographic region.
Responsibilities
Manage an assigned base of business customers and targeted prospects.
Develop and execute a territory strategy and plan.
Develop account profiles and individual opportunity strategies and sales plans.
Cross sell and up sell hosted voice, data and IT services to business prospects and customers; utilizing sales process and methodology.
Prospect, qualify and make sales presentations to potential customers.
Leverage internal product specialists and resources to lead specific product sales.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Responsible for updating all sales activities through Microsoft CRM.
Prepare, complete and process all sales paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications
Demonstrated history of consultatively selling into C level contacts.
7+ years experience in a solution based selling role and outside territory management.
5 years of voice, data, and IT services sales experience required.
ROI and total cost of ownership selling experience preferred.
Knowledge of voice, data, IP, server, and networking technologies.
Microsoft, Cisco, BroadSoft, Polycom, experience a plus.
