About the Job
This is an exciting and rewarding position in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment within the digital color graphic printing industry located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. We are looking for an ambitious Technical Solutions Analyst who will be responsible for the overall technical integration for our Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM. This includes successfully creating customizations, automating and supporting integration with other systems. In this capacity, this role will be a resident expert for our CRM and ERP environment including customization, integration and extension, features, reporting, designing solutions, while using standard tools.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing the day-to-day technical integrations, custom extensions and reporting needs
Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive solution is maintained across all systems
Leading technical design sessions with internal clients
Writing technical documentation for design and support
Managing technical scope and client expectation
Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to users for technical issues
Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered
Global interactions and support with our UK and Switzerland operations
Experience and Skills:
2-4 years of hands on experience with the T-SQL
2-4 years minimum experience with hands-on report writing tools
A thorough understanding of enterprise application integration and automation with products like Scribe and BPA Server
Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C#, and ASP
1+ year experience with Customer Relationship Management solutions
Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
Client-focused attitude and customer advocate
Experience with web application development
Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Flexibility, listening and negotiation skills
B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
