Opportunity: Technical Solutions Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Technical Solutions Engineer in the West Region of the U.S. (Colorado to West Coast). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-contract relationships with client technical teams to ensure confidence and establish solid foundations for long-term client success. The Technical Solutions Engineer will be a member of the Sales Team and support Account Executives in their region by owning the overall management of technical discussions during the sales cycle with the intent to maximize sales for the organization. This role must possess an in-depth knowledge of the PatientLife System functionality, technical requirements and be proficient in communicating that knowledge to clients. Ability to travel 30-50% is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage pre-contact relationships with client technical teams to ensure confidence and establish solid foundations for long-term Client Services success.
Support Sales Team in all client technical sales calls / onsite meetings.
Support Sales Team in Technical RFP / RFI creation process.
Conduct / coordinate Client Site Surveys / Walk-throughs for 100% of VOC stage clients pre-signing.
Solicit technical requirements from customers.
Ensure new client compliance with certified TV selection or coordinate validation of new TVs.
Facilitate all pre-contract Network Design discussions.
Develop all BOMs for inclusion in the contract.
Develop network and wiring diagrams for transition to IMP team.
Manage technical documentation in Sales Presentation / Material.
Ensure thorough and accurate technical transition to IMP team.
Establish pre-contract relationships with required 3rd party vendors (ex. wiring vendors), fully document scope of work and transition to IMP Team.
Assist Sales Representative with the creation and execution of an overall sales strategy for an account.
Document all technical aspects of new clients in Salesforce.com.

Required Experience
Bachelors Degree required.
3-5 years Project Management experience, preferably in Healthcare IT.
3-5 years Technical Services experience, preferably in Healthcare IT.
In-depth knowledge of the PatientLife System functionality and technical requirements.
