Technical Solutions Engineer, RTB will be responsible for integrating, launching and supporting new and existing partners and Exchanges that sell inventory to Criteo in RTB. This role acts as the central hub for the organization, partnering with sales, account management, product and engineering. The ideal candidate will be the expert in the inner workings of Criteo's best-in-class technology, have the capability to easily troubleshoot and employ superlative communication and project management skills to support and extend partnerships.

Maintain deep understanding of the Criteo product from a technical perspective
Project manage and coordinate SSP/Exchanges integrations working with Criteo in RTB
Communicate to client and internal partners to drive success of partnerships and guide product enhancements
Support the RTB sale and account manager team in their day to day analysis and requests
Solve client?s problems using a variety of analytical and technical tools including traffic real time monitoring, querying databases, troubleshooting request/display end to end process, query API, test latency etc.
Partner with clients to understand and develop solutions for high-impact, high-visibility issues
Coordinate with team members in identifying, reporting, and resolving product issues
1 year of relevant experience in RTB world preferred
Computer Science or related degree
Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in making technical requirements easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand
Must be hard working, team oriented, bright, creative, cooperative, and an exceptional problem solver
Early adopter to technology and passion and interest in global ecommerce markets
Must be able to quickly understand varied business needs and translate those needs into a technical solution
Client focused with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels
Able to work as part of a team and individually to achieve goals
Thrives on change and enjoys diverse environments
Has a good level of Technical proficiency across a range of platforms
Is organized, methodical and accurate
