Technical Solutions Manager RingCentral

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join our tight knit platform team. You will be responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of Ring Central?s cloud based solutions and technologies as well as maximizing revenue
You will provide technical execution and solutions management to Ring Central products and work directly with clients to architect technology solutions that meet client needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage carrier partnerships
Help grow revenue by driving deeper product adoption of our services and offerings
Act as point of contact for our carrier partners and technical subject matter expert on RingCentral products.
Contribute to product development by identifying gaps and deficiencies in our current solutions, collaborating with product and engineering on enhancements
Partner with internal stakeholders and technology vendors to execute solutions.
Develop execution plans for partner integrations including costing and scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills:
BS degree (MBA or technical engineering preferred)
5+ years in developing technology solutions
5+ years in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.
Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to sell technical solutions with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Strategic leadership skills with demonstrated ability to execute client facing and operational solutions
Prior professional services or consulting experience a plus
Excellent sales solutions, oral, persuasion, and written communication skills
Ability to organize and lead client session that result in clear requirements and technical design, even when working with non-technical members of client?s team
Knowledge of Saas cloud telephonics a plus and understanding of cloud-computing ecosystems
