Supports Technical Solution Engineers to ensure client/partner requirements and deadlines are met.
Selects, hires, and manages the careers and expectations of team members.
Assists to communicate with clients and internal partners to drive success of those partnerships and guide product enhancements.
Help to solve client problems through the use of a variety of analytical and technical tools.
Drive product innovation by reproducing issues to inform road map and develop short term workarounds.
Partner with clients to understand and develop solutions for high-impact, high-visibility issues.
Provides recommendations to sales and support teams on technical solutions in order to maximize results.
Manages team reporting and reports directly to Global Director of Technical Solutions Mid-Markets.

Experience preferred in implementing the Criteo solution on both advertiser and publisher clients.
Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in making technical requirements easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand
Must have a sense of urgency, be able to work under pressure, and meet critical deadlines.
Experience in leading or managing a team required.
Early adopter to technology and passion and interest in global ecommerce markets
Must be able to quickly understand varied business needs and translate those needs into a technical solutions.
Minimum 2:1 Computer Science or related degree preferred, but not mandatory (must demonstrate technical proficiency and interest, however)
Ad-serving knowledge is a plus.
Calm, measured and have the ability to lead a team to achieve goals.
Pro-active, self-starter, team oriented, creative, cooperative, and an exceptional problem solver.
Client focused with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels
