Technical Sourcer Factual

As a member of our People Ops Team, the Technical Sourcer works closely with the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our Engineering Teams (Infrastructure and Data), Sales/Business Development Team, and Product Team. Know that we are all about interesting and creative ways to source leading talent for Factual and most importantly delivering a great candidate experience!
Source active engineering candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals.
Act as a search expert by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
Partner with Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications.
Be a champion for Factual, its employees, and its unique culture!
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree.
2-3 years of technical recruiting/sourcing. Must show proven experience recruiting/sourcing software engineers! Corporate/in-house setting preferred over agency experience please!
Team player with a high sense of urgency.
Human Resources Generalist/People Operations experience a big plus!
Candidate Must Haves:
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization (engineering and non-engineering).
Ability to implement targeted engineering sourcing initiatives.
Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of engineering candidates under very tight timelines.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. Emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential to this position.
