Technical Sourcer Proofpoint

Proofpoint, Inc is looking to add a savvy Sourcer to join our growing team, who will support our sales recruiters to track the best of technical and business talent in the world. You will build and manage candidate pipelines, proactively identifying and seeking out the best channels for sourcing potential candidates across requisitions and geographies.
Uses databases, Boolean searches, LinkedIn and other social media networks to create a rich talent pipeline for hard to fill, niche, similar type jobs, aged or other key strategic positions.
Conduct preliminary screenings to qualify candidates identified through research for fit, qualifications and interest in position and present viable candidates to recruiter and/or hiring manager.
Propose and implement ongoing improvements to sourcing efforts
Minimum of three (3) years of technical sourcing experience required
Demonstrated ability in screening for highly specialized positions
An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates
Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
