We?re looking for a Technical Sourcer / Jr. Recruiter who can be an individual contributor on a small but highly capable Talent Acquisition team in our NY office. The WSJ named Tremor Video one of the hottest VC backed start-ups in the US. Our fast paced environment demands the ability to be flexible and adaptable while managing multiple concurrent projects.
Reporting to the Talent Acquistion leader, you will be supporting recruiters on the team and take on some full-lifecycle recruiting projects. While Tremor Video's reputation helps us generate a lot of qualified in-bound candidates, filling the most competitive positions (software engineers, data scientists, systems admins) requires out-bound passive candidate recruiting. To be effective in the role, you must be an expert at engaging and recruiting passive technology candidates.
You should also understand how to leverage diverse sources of candidates including employee referrals, LinkedIn, social networking sites, job fairs, niche and geo-targeted job boards and meet-ups.
Ultimately, you?ll be measured by your ability to source, attract, interview, select, hire and retain high quality people throughout Tremor Video?s North American and UK offices. That means the hire will fit the job, fit the culture, ramp-up quickly and remain a valued employee for years to come.
