Technical Specialist (Customer Success) Apigee
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Apigee is hiring a Technical Specialist (Customer Success) to work as an expert engineer one or more innovative, enterprise-class solutions based on Apigee products. As key members of the implementation team, Technical Specialists use a combination of deep knowledge of REST and SOAP API technologies and expert Apigee product knowledge to implement highly available, fault tolerant, high performance and distributed architectures.
The Technical Specialist (Customer Success) will?
- Work on one or more speciality teams in the development of API proxies and policies, applications based on the Apigee App Services platform, and implementations of Apigee?s Mobile Analytics solution.
- With guidance from an Apigee Principal Architect, solve challenging problems for a variety of customers using engineering expertise and creative problem solving skills
- Get his/her hands dirty at every level of the customer's technology stack
- Implement a cutting edge product for Fortune 1000 customers
Think you might be the next Technical Specialist (Customer Success)? You bring to the table?
- Solid expertise in REST/SOAP technologies and design
- An ability to interpret and execute design specifications, including UML
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with low to moderate supervision, potentially within a geographically distributed team
- The ability to travel as needed to customer sites
NOTE: Technical Specialist can work remotely from home office anywhere near a major airport in the US.
