HealthHelps technical support agents play important roles on our information technology team by providing call-center support for our on-line procedure request portal.

Requirements: High-school graduate or equivalent, computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, at least two years of health care experience. Bilingual candidates and people with managed care telephone referral experience preferred.
