Description:Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking two Technical Support Analysts.
The Technical Support Analysts will be responsible for providing technical expertise to internal and external customers as a part of the customer support group.
The Technical Support Analyst has the ability to own projects from initial point of contact with the customer through point of resolution with relation to troubleshooting X12 270/271 transaction issues ? taking the customer interaction and producing actionable work items
Duties:The successful candidate will be involved in:
?Implementation, testing and ongoing technical troubleshooting as well as some project management and oversight responsibilities.
Additional responsibilities include:
?Product tools development, interfaces to improve our products, internal training and backup technical support for first level support representatives.
Other Duties as Required.
Qualifications:?Bachelor?s Degree Preferred, Not Required
?6 years technical or helpdesk support experience, preferred
?Healthcare background helpful, but not required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
?Outstanding customer service attitude required
?Ability to establish positive relationships with external and internal customers at all business levels
?Superior interpersonal communication skills, flexibility and responsiveness Broad communication/networking familiarity
?Knowledge of ANSI X12 270/271 specifications
?Knowledge of ADT HL7 transaction formats
?Experience supporting with multiple HIS software products
?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
HDI Helpdesk Support Analyst preferred
Licenses, Certifications, etc.
HDI Helpdesk Support Analyst preferred
