Technical Support Analyst Vox Mobile
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for fielding and resolving Mobile device Issues presented by Vox Mobile?s expanding cliental base by utilizing the internal knowledge base as well as developed personal knowledge. Troubleshooting devices and support processes will entail close communication with multiple departments while maintaining issue ownership. The ideal candidate should be proficient in documentation as well as be able to at times work independently on support issues while following department policies. The preferred candidate will have technical experience of 1+ years supporting and/or working with Mobile Devices such as BlackBerry, Android, iPhone, iPad, Tablets etc.
Provide support to our clients and partners while being an advocate for their requests; for anything related to the overall well being of their mobile device.
Maintain ownership and follow through consistently on communication of all Support Issues
Continually increase your knowledge and remain up-to-date with current technologies
Communicate in a courteous and professional manner that inspires confidence in your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Understand and abide by escalation procedures and interdepartmental policies
Experience with technical support of multiple mobile devices
Proven skills in Customer Service
High energy and self motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
