Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for our King of Prussia, PA location.
Duties: Provide customer support for software and web services (bugs, defects, malfunctions)
Respond to routine and emergency support calls from customers and offer prompt resolution to all problems/issues. Escalate calls as needed.
Interact with Database Services to resolve data related issues
Log calls in our customer support system (SalesForce.com)
Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 customer support
Work directly with the Software Developers and customers to obtain HL7 messages and set-up interfaces
Test HL7 interfaces
Perform routine checks of the servers
Provide product re-training to clients as needed
Email outage and service notifications to affected clients, as needed
Other duties as requested
Qualifications: Associates Degree preferred
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Experience with SalesForce.com preferred
Knowledge of HL7 preferred
Participate in on-call rotation schedule for 24/7 client support
Ability to assimilate to new technology utilized both internally and externally
