Description:Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to focus on HL7 interfaces / XML transactions.
The Technical Support Analyst acts as frontline assistance to the client at all times. The Technical Analyst performs client set up and maintenance for clients interfaces and other clinical processes such as claims processing and billing extracts.
Additional responsibilities include defining HL7 data specifications and cross departmental communication in order to meet expected time frames of deliverables.
Duties:?Provide customer support to existing products
?Perform daily server checks assure processes and products are performing as expected.
?Configure and setup customer interfaces including listening sockets, queues and ports.
?Handle all aspects of the Pre-submission Compliance Analyzer (PCA) including set-up and configuration of servers and new clients claim processes.
?Write specifications and work with developers for client customizations as needed.
?Test and QA to provide feedback for product process improvement.
?Handle off hour customer support calls in an efficient and timely manner.

Qualifications:?Bachelor?s Degree Preferred, Not Required
?4 years technical or helpdesk support experience, preferred
?Healthcare background helpful, but not required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
?Outstanding customer service attitude required
?Ability to establish positive relationships with external and internal customers at all business levels
?Superior interpersonal communication skills, flexibility and responsiveness Broad communication/networking familiarity
?Knowledge of ANSI X12 278 specifications
?Knowledge of ADT HL7 transaction formats
?Experience supporting with multiple HIS software products
?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
HDI Helpdesk Support Analyst preferred
