We're looking for an individual with 1-3 years max internet/web e-commerce expertise to join the team and provide high levels of technical support, both to our external and internal clients. This is not a help desk or network position.....this is a position for someone who loves puzzles and problem solving, digging into complex issues and finding answers. The Technical Support Coordinator will interface with Booker's Product Development and Customer Experience teams to provide solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, high performing environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Internet/web development savvy
Experience in QA is a plus
Must be able to discuss any documentation experience you have had
Scripting experience, grease monkey, PERL, HTML
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Must have a stellar attitude, and ability to work with diverse personalities
Self-starter with solid problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks;
Ability to learn new technologies while supporting existing products.
Must be flexible to work rotational shifts - there will be some weeks where you may work Tues-Sat (days). This will be rotated monthly or on a bi-weekly basis. Holiday weekends are excluded so no one will have to work on a holiday weekend Saturday.
