You will be in charge of technical support to our customers. You will be responsible for different levels of support :
Hotline by call center
Installations and field test in Europe
Repairs and update of software and hardware products in-house
The position will be based in our French office in Grenoble (regular trips to La Ciotat).
2 ? DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Engineer with 3-5 years experience.
Knowledge of analog electronics, systems administration & OS, Database administration & SQL language.
Fluent in English.
Autonomous, Methodical, rigorous & good relationships.
You are able to work with other people and employees working remotely.
