Technical Support Engineers answer technical requests from customers, VidSys partners, and VidSys staff to ensure customer satisfaction and the success of VidSys projects. Success is primarily by showing a genuine concern for the customer and secondarily by having a technical background to be able to resolve the issues.
Previous technical support experience and a passion for helping people are a must. Must also have technical experience and enjoy learning new technologies.
