Trustnode builds cloud-based interactive education and decision support software that eliminates the complexity of educating consumers on healthcare benefits and insurance products.
The Technical Support Engineer at Trustnode serves as a primary technical support resource for Trustnode field sales force and partners and clients. The Technical Support Engineer also resolves technical issues arising during the sales engagement process and also supports deployments. Working directly with the SVP of Client Services, you will have the opportunity to be part of a successful startup in an early growth stage, get an equity stake, and shape our interactive media on modern standards and cutting-edge technologies.
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for developing solutions, and providing technology presentations to both technical and management-level audiences. The Technical Support Engineer at Trust node must have both a strong technical background as well as excellent customer facing skills and he/she must demonstrate proficient solution selling abilities and effective, pro-active customer communications. This includes assisting clients define technical specifications and requirements.
Ensure best technical set-up/placement of Trustnode platform within 3rd party systems
Capture market and technical feedback that will enable Trustnode to improve integration of its platform and share with engineering team
General troubleshooting of platform integration and set-up
Work with Product Development on QA efforts across Integration, module updates, new functions, etc?
Scoping and management of professional services opportunities
Minimum Job Qualifications and Work Experience:
5 plus years? experience in a similar role
Recent experience with field support in SaaS
Must be articulate and able to communicate intelligibly with both technical staff and customers
Must have good client facing skills
Must understand full product development lifecycle
Bachelor?s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Information Technology background
General web services infrastructure experience
HTML Programming and server side scripting
PHP, Ruby, Python
Basic principles of UI design/Pay Layout
