Technical Support Engineer Reflexion Networks
About this jobReflexion Networks is looking for an exceptional technical support engineer to join the best technical support group in the industry. The quality of our technical support is widely recognized in the solution provider community, and is therefore one of our most effective sales tools. The person who fills this role will be a key contributor to the company?s market success. This position is responsible for providing technical support (via telephone, LiveChat, and email) for Reflexion?s IT Solution Provider partners and their clients.
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and characteristics:
Three-plus years of experience with Microsoft Exchange (the deeper the better)
Experience with DNS, SPF, SMTP and systems administration
Technical familiarity with anti-virus and anti-spam solutions, and DNSBLs would be a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Very strong customer service skills.
