Job Description
Front line support via CloudLink forum, email, webex and telephones.
Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers may have with their implementation of CloudTest.
Contribute to assets developed to increase the effectiveness of SOASTA?s customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize workload among changing priorities.
Excellent listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills
Experience with testing tools such as QTP, Selenium, LoadRunner, SilkPerformer, and JMeter
Understanding of object-oriented programming languages (C++, Java); Experience with Javascript.
Understanding of typical n-tier application architecture (web, app, database) is a plus
Experience with at least one common application server technology (Java, .NET) is a plus
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking (proxies, firewalls, etc.), and common web technologies (HTTP, REST, Web Services, XML, etc.)
