Technical Support - Product Specialist Alert Logic
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Alert Logic continues to expand and we are hiring for an experienced Technical Support - Product Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for having an in depth understanding of Alert Logic products and services and serving as our in house expert for handling critical customer issues. You will work closely with all other departments in order to communicate customer concerns, feature requests and bug reports and will play a critical role in our customers? satisfaction.

Document customer affecting issues and feature requests.
Serve as the primary escalation point of support issues for Service Delivery
Assist in training on product enhancements and issues within Service Delivery
Work with product management and other departments to communicate customer issues
Serve as primary contact point for high level customer accounts
Occasionally manage high touch customer calls
Issue feature requests on the customer?s behalf and track progress
Issue bug reports and track progress
Assist customers with web interface configuration
Communicate with customers on status of their requests
3 years of technical support experience
In-depth knowledge of Windows systems administration including full command set knowledge
User level experience with Linux OS
Basic understanding of networking
Strong problem solving skills
Exemplary customer service skills
Strong project management skills
Understanding of syslog
Understanding of Windows logging
Firm grasp of network security concepts
