Meraki's Technical Support Team is seeking a Recruiter to help us find great talent for our team! The Recruiter will work with the Director of Technical Support and Technical Support Team Coordinator to source top-notch candidates for our team, introduce them to Meraki, and help the Coordinator plan the interviews and events to bring great talent into Meraki. The ideal candidate will be motivated and goal-oriented as well as have great communication and interpersonal skills and the desire to work at a fast-paced, growing company.Responsibilities:
Source candidates through a variety of channels
Filter applicants for positions based on desired profile, and work with the Director and Coordinator to engage promising candidates in the interview process
Serve as an initial contact point for candidates
Work with the Coordinator to plan and execute recruiting events including college career fair visits and interview weekends at Meraki, Inc.
Work with the Coordinator and Director to establish Tech Support recruiting best practices and processes
Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to consistently engage and convince people in conversation
Self starter that is motivated daily to achieve success
Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effortlessly
Flexibility in job roles and willingness to "do what it takes to get the job done"
Energy and enthusiasm
Sense of urgency and initiative
Bachelor--s degree from an accredited university required
