This is an exciting and rewarding position in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment within the consumer digital printing industry located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Strong computer skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. No relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide technical support directly to our customers and resellers, via phone and e-mail.
Evaluate and determine problem sources (user, application, hardware).
Successfully resolve a range of reported issues.
Follow up with customers with ongoing issues in a timely fashion.
Thoroughly document service histories and communications in a CRM system.
Experience and Skills:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a requirement
Customer service or technical support experience and a general knowledge of IT
Experience with Windows and Mac based software programs ? Corel Draw or Adobe Photoshop experiences a plus
Help-desk, ink-jet and/or graphics experience desired
College degree preferred
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
Work well in a team environment
