The Qvidian sales effectiveness platform?Sales Playbooks & Analytics, Proposal Automation, and Content Library?has increased win-rates and improved productivity for some of the world?s largest and most successful corporations. We are a privately-held company with offices in Cincinnati, Ohio and Lowell, Massachusetts, as well as sales offices in North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Position Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will be a member of our Technical Support team and provide telephone and email support for global customers on our suite of software products. Qvidian prides itself in delivering outstanding customer service, and our Technical Support team leads the way in this arena.

Qualifications

5+ years of successful customer support experience
College degree is preferred with an emphasis on IS/MIS
In-depth experience with the following Microsoft products:
Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7
Microsoft Office 2003/ 2007/2010, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
These qualifications, while not required, would be a plus:
IIS administration / security experience
SQL Server administration experience
Experience writing SQL scripts
Experience integrating with CRM systems
Salesforce.com
Oracle CRM On Demand
Microsoft Dynamics

Hours

This is a full-time position, and occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required.
