Responsibilities
Manage support for larger accounts including one of the largest cloud network account in the world
Manage client relations for large accounts
Troubleshoot wireless network issues for large accounts
Work with clients to create networks
Scale networks appropriately for clients
Requirements
Outstanding account management, follow-through, and problem solving skills
Resourcefulness and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to learn new technology
Strong desire to ?become a techie"
Fluency in English
4-year College degree required
Characteristics of success
2 years of experience in a widely-interfacing role
Basic knowledge of networking preferred but not required
Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
Excellent customer service skills
