Position Summary
As a Nitro Technical Support Representative, you will represent the company in providing assistance to customers and partners via email and phone for product issues and requests. You will be required to perform all your duties with the customer?s best interests always in mind, and be able to work together with other employees and departments (e.g. Sales, Product) to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Provide product support to customer and partners via email/phone, including software installation, activation and upgrade issues
Identify and escalate problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources
Troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers in order to provide useful information to Engineering
Assist in developing initiatives for improving customer experience
Maintain high levels of customer service
Other Service/Support/Product duties as required
What we're looking for
3+ years experience providing customer service or technical support in a software business (internal IT help desk does not qualify)
Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and friendly, interpersonal skills
Sound approach to solving problems
Can communicate with customers and partners with confidence
Must be a fast learner, and have a passion for serving customers
