The Opportunity: The Tech Support Specialist position will oversee and provide day-to-day hardware and software support, problem analysis and resolution, and user training in relation to the core information systems and applications used within the company.

Serve as a point of expertise for employees on all technical issues
Oversee and maintain all office IT related contractual maintenance agreements
Repair and upgrade the implementation of projects and work requests involving installation, repair and upgrade of IT hardware/software
Implement and maintain all office IT related systems such as printing, video/audio servers, and phone systems.
Oversee and maintain software inventory

Requirements:

Associate's Degree in IS, Computer Science, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
0-2 years of related experience required.
