Assist our customers with software, hardware and connectivity/network/functionality issues; MEDITECH offers 24 hour technical support to our customers in the healthcare field, and may have various day, weeknight and weekend shifts available.
Description
As a member of our Client Services & Implementation group, your job would involve:
Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, network, operating systems and databases
Providing ongoing technical support to our customers in the healthcare field
Acting as a direct resource for our customers

Requirements
Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree or computer course work in computer related fields strongly favored
Familiarity with Windows server and desktop environment
LAN/WAN and PC maintenance skills
Programming, database management and architecture experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strongly analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
