Technical Support Technician FitLinxx
What You Will Be Doing:
Our Technical Support team is looking for a customer focused professional to provide complete service solutions to our customers remotely. You will provide technical support through diagnostic tools from our corporate office for all mechanical, electronic and software related issues.
We are looking for an ENTHUSIASTIC individual who will:
Respond to and resolve our customers? pre- and post-installation questions and technical issues in a timely fashion and, when appropriate, dispatch field technicians to perform on-site, technical service.
Communicate product enhancements to our product development (hardware and software) and quality assurance groups.
Create and collect technical documentation from other departments in the organization for solution engineers/field service technicians.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Support FitLinxx Professional product line via email and phone
Track incoming client requests via SupportLogix and ZenDesk ticketing software system
Utilize tools to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and escalate technical issues as needed
What You Need:
3+ years phone support experience in a helpdesk environment
Experience resolving PC configuration issues including touch screens and printers etc.
Working knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems.
Some level of mechanical aptitude
Strong knowledge and experience with Network configurations
Experience with remote diagnostic software (PC Anywhere/VNC preferred)
Strong problem solving skills with ability to analyze log files
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment within various departments
Customer focused attitude and interest in working with customers both externally and within the company
Willingness for some limited travel during on-site training period
You possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot with support technicians over the phone. You are a self-motivated and articulate service professional. Your strong communication and technical skills, coupled with your customer-focused attitude, have resulted in a proven track record of providing outstanding customer support and service.
