Sailthru is seeking a Senior Backend Team Lead Developer with experience building scalable backend solutions in a high volume enviornment (preferably B2B), building and mentoring teams and executing on deliverables. Developers at Sailthru serve as main contributors to the growth of our company. Working on our powerful technology you will be able to tackle complex challenges of scaling architecture, dive into leading edge technologies, and have strategic impact on architectural features in the product roadmap. Working at Sailthru you will be joining a passionate team of engineers, including our CTO who codes alongside the team.
About You:
Think you?ve got the chops? (We hope so.) Tthis is the role for you if you hack on everything, love to solve complex problems, have worked on high volume systems and want to provide thought leadership on a scaling technology. And because you?re an overachiever, you also have:
5+ years of professional experience.
Experience leading, mentoring teams, architecting enterprise applications.
Coded in Java, PHP or any object oriented language.
Strong experience in concurrent programing and core comp sci concepts.
Experience with MongoDB.
Linux experience.
Added bonus if you:
Contribute to open source projects (Please include your github).
Can hack an arduino while playing ping pong.
