Technical Trainer Vidyo

Conduct highly technical client training of our network-oriented software to IT Engineers and Network/Systems Administrators in various settings including group training, one-on-ones delivered in person, as well as virtually using the Vidyo technology.
Assist with development of classroom and online instructional materials for training courses that support customer and partner programs.
Create daily and weekly highly detailed technical bulletin messages to clients and partners regarding product and service updates.
Post bulletins and training material via content management system to corporate website.
Help determine future course offerings to improve the sales and technical knowledge of customers/partners and to satisfy the demand for ongoing training and knowledge advancement.
Thoroughly lead and assess customer needs to devise the most effective, efficient, and appropriate training model and materials necessary to exceed expectations while adhering to departmental policies.
Monitor certification and progress towards learning objectives.
Maintain standards, meeting prescribed timelines, and successful execution of program delivery.
Work with stakeholders to define program goals and objectives, including but not limited to department usage, ROI, surveys tracking satisfaction with the training.
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in technology
Minimum of 2 years of training delivery experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in web-based training
Sales knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of experience training partner sales teams
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a network support or network engineering type role
Experience in technical communication, writing, and sales/end-user training
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25-50% of the time
Accomplished presentation skills, including development and delivery
Work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong PC skills, expertise in MS Office and Visio
Video Conferencing knowledge and experience
Advanced Network Certification
Instructional Design fundamentals
Project Management skills
Previous AV experience and/or certifications (e.g. CTS)
HTML and experience using a content management editor
Experience with Virtual networks/VMWare
Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) or Learner Management Systems (LMS)
