DescriptionThe Technical Trainer - If you have come through your career as a Circuit Designer, especially in telecom, and became a Trainer in the last 7-10 years we want to hear from you. Career technicians and career trainers are not what we need for this position, so if that is you, keep looking at Integra for our future positions in Training.Responsible for identifying, developing, facilitating and coordinating training programs in support of the Service Delivery Departments? training needs. This position supports the Company?s overall training effort to ensure availability and consistency of training programs in a cost effective manner. Consult with appropriate stakeholders within departments and business units regarding training needs to meet business objectives. Develop new programs and instructional materials for classroom, self-paced, subject matter expert and online.
Creates and maintains effective training marketing strategies. Maintain central depository of training materials and interface for employees.

Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent education and experience in a technical or training/education field or equivalent area
At least four years of hands on technical experience in the telecommunications industry, or equivalent, which demonstrates a working knowledge of Service Delivery or Order Fulfillment job functions.
This includes Project Coordination, Project Management, Circuit Design, and Service Activation.
We need your experience in complex processes, systems and technology with a demonstrated skill in selecting and managing projects independently in a high pressure/fast paced atmosphere.
Experience in the use and creation of a variety of training media including CBT, instructor-led training and remote conference training preferred. Travel up to 25%.
