Our Technical Trainer in EMEA or US will have significant experience in IVR technology to expand our Team. This Trainer will be responsible for: teaching technical courses, including certifications to customers, partners, prospects and employees in our Voxeo University training center in Cologne, Germany or Orlando, Florida; holding courses onsite at customer?s or partner?s facilities; conducting webinar courses if necessary; and creating training presentations, course material and course documentations such as course descriptions, etc. This trainer will work with Marketing on training collateral and training web pages, updating the Voxeo University blogs section on a regular basis, and be responsible for the administration of training environment and demo applications. | Location: | 100 East Pine Street Suite 600 Orlando, FL 32801 United States |
