The ExtraHop product training offerings are in their infancy and need an experienced professional to help take them to the next level. This key position requires someone who can handle all aspects of creating a top-notch training program.
Create video-based technical training content for ExtraHop products.
Deploy and manage training content on a SaaS-based learning management system.
Refine existing curriculums into repeatable programs that can be delivered internally and externally for ExtraHop technical professionals.
Iteratively maintain all training material as the ExtraHop product line evolves.
Deliver post-sale, on-site technical training (travel required).
Work with support staff to identify new training opportunities.
Experience creating video-based online training material with screen capture software
Experience with web-based learning management systems
Professional presentation skills including the ability to deliver in-depth technical content with enthusiasm
High level knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business and technical environments
Experience delivering high-quality technical training
Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (for example, information technology, computer science, business, or engineering)
Operational IT experience, including root cause troubleshooting for complex IT systems
Ability to learn complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated client-focused attitude a customer advocate
Team player with solid communication skills
Expert knowledge of the instructional design process
Strong technical writing skills
Business Domain Focus:
Specific knowledge and application of IT services including application performance and troubleshooting and networking basics is a plus, but not essential.
