Description:Summary:
The main focus of this at-will position will be as a classroom/side by side technical trainer, course developer and system support for the FOX computer application. The individual will be responsible for developing and presenting technical curriculum, develop training objectives and implementation plans. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties:
Essential -
?Develop and conduct courses on technical databases and applications such as, but not limited to phones, e-mail, MS office, FOX (internal database)
?Create technical training documentation for users
?Create technical training assessment tools such as quizzes and evaluations
?Work closely with IT and project managers on the creation of technical applications
?Liaison between IT and corporate training
?Create implementation plans and coordinate training efforts
?Learn technical applications used in sales/operations positions and be able to train divisional trainers
?Other projects as assigned by management
?Travel as needed
Requirements:
Skills:
Essential -
?Develop, write and present curriculum for a variety of technical systems
?Excellent oral and written communication skills
?Demonstrated competency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Outlook
?Able to plan and execute work with minimal supervision
?Manage multiple projects concurrently
?Proven organization skills, able to write effective training curriculum and documentation for a variety of technical subjects and skill levels
?Classroom and instructional presence. Be able to present material to an individual and groups from 1-30 people in a dynamic, interesting and effective manner
Experience & Education:
Essential-
?Professional level of training experience in presenting information and classroom instruction
?Professional training or commensurate experience, technical training background preferred.
